Ministry of Labor & Social Welfare and General Department of Social Insurance jointly preparing to digitalize the current book format of Social Insurance. Revised procedure for maintaining the primary registration form of the Social Insurance Fund (Under Z-ND, B-ND) to implement the digitalization based on the Government Action Plan 2020-2024.
At present, for a Social Insurance Inspector, it takes approximately 7 to 8 days to certify 7500 to 8000 insurance books per month. In-order to reduce the delay in making entries, those who pay social insurance can get all the details online.
Insurance Inspector will take approximately 3 to 7 days to make an entry in the holder’s account and which will then verified electronically.
Citizens can download the application from www.ndaatgal.mn, www.e-mongolia.mn & public service kiosk and install the application in their mobile phones
