On Jan 24, 2021, 16 new cases of Coronavirus were detected in Mongolia after testing 7,065 people using PCR method at NCCD and National Center for Public Health located at Selenge, Darkhan-Uul and Dornod Aimags.

All the 16 new cases were from Ulaanbaatar.
