Second phase of 4-Lane Ulaanbaatar-Darkhan will begin in March 2021. Total 202.42 kms road will be built from the loan received from European bank for Reconstruction & Development. Electronic Order has been sent to the respective aimags by the Ministry of Roads, Transportation & Development.
In Darkhan Aimag, 5 out of 10 sites have been vacated due to ongoing work on the roads. On or before Feb.20.2021, Block Fence of Khongor Soum Park, Darkhan City Gate, Trees along the Road,, Water pipeline of Darkhan Thermal Plan, 2 Gas Station (MT & Shunkhlai) will be relocated to start the 4-Lane work in March 2021.
