Immunization against the “COVID-19” epidemic in Mongolia started on Feb.23.2021. Teachers, staff and employees of educational institutions will be vaccinated from Mar.11.2021.
According to the decision of the State Special Commission, vaccination will be carried out at 18 locations, including some schools and health centers. 34,615 Teachers and staff of educational institutions in 9 districts of Ulaanbaatar will be fully vaccinated in 2-3 days.
According to experts, after the first dose of the vaccine, the immunity is 62%, and after the second dose 94%. After vaccination, symptoms such as headache, nausea, fever, and slight swelling at the vaccinated site may occur, depending on the individual’s condition. If these symptoms persist for more than 1-2 days, doctors recommend that you see a doctor.
