On Feb 17, 2021, During regular cabinet meeting, it was decided to resume operations in Altanbulag Border Port fully for all type of freight vehicles from Feb.23.2021.
Foreign truck drivers have to drop-off the trailers at the clearance and inspection area which will be later picked up domestic freight forwarders after completing all the disinfection and clearance formalities.
In addition to that, Tsagaanuur Border Point and Ereenstsav Rail Border Checkpoint will be opened for livestock transportation from Feb.23.2021.
