Who can Apply : Foreign national who is to study, to pursue higher education or to exercise vocational training, scientific research and study
- E1 – Foreign Nationals who is coming to study at higher education institutions
- E2 – Foreign Nationals who is coming to study undergraduate or graduate education
- E2-1 – Family Members of the Foreign Nationals who is coming to study undergraduate or graduate education
- E3 – Foreign Nationals who is coming to study Mongolian Language, History, Culture and other vocational education and training institutions
- E4 – Foreign Nationals who is coming to a state-owned legal entity or research organization for internship or research work
- E5 – Foreign Nationals who is coming to work in the field of innovation, research and development
