Business Visa (K1)

Who can Apply : Short duration Visa up to 30 days/31-90 days with purpose of Business / Multiple Entry Business Visa

SINGLE ENTRY BUSINESS VISA (Documents Required – Shall be submitted for 31-90 days visa permits to a foreign national) :

Letter of inviting entity /including entity activity and travel purpose of foreign national
Copy of registration certificate /if entity has not applied before
Copy of passport / at least valid for 6 months or above

MUTIPLE ENTRY BUSINESS VISA

Letter of inviting entity /including entity activity and travel purpose of foreign national/
Copy of registration certificate /if entity has not applied before/
Copy of passport / at least valid for 6 months or above/
Cooperation agreement or contract between invitee and inviter /certified translation if it is not in Mongolian/
E-statement of tax and other documents proving the needs of foreign national multiple entry to Mongolia such as customs declaration etc.,
Copy of employee card or confidential which is issued for person supplying these documents
Visa permission is valid for 90 days from its issuance date.
Additional documents shall be submitted if necessary.

FEES : 1000 Tugrug per person

WHERE TO APPLY : Immigration Office / Ministry of External Affairs / Mongolian Embassy

Application shall be submitted online (e-visa system – Mongolia Immigration Agency official Webpage)
Visa permit shall be issued within 5 business days at normal service and 3 business days at express service. Visa permit code shall be sent via message.

EXTENSION/RENEWAL

Business Visa can be extended up to 30 days with an interval of 90 days
Official letter from the inviting organization (with information of the organization’s activities and grounds for extending the visa of a foreign citizen)
A copy of the state registration certificate of the organization (if not previously registered)
Application Form 1
One Passport Size Photo (3.5cmx4.5cm Blue Background) taken within last 6 months
Passport Copy with at least valid for 6 months or above
